Why we collect it
We use your data only to run and score a recruitment assessment on behalf of the hiring organisation you applied to, and to report the results to that organisation as part of its selection process.
What we collect
- Your name, email address, phone number and application reference, as supplied with your application.
- Your answers, and how long you spent on each question.
- Integrity signals during the assessment: switching tabs or windows, leaving full screen, pasting text (we record the word count, not your clipboard), your IP address and browser type.
We do not use your webcam or microphone, and we do not read anything outside this site.
Who processes it
- Application hosting and the assessment database are in London (UK).
- Invitation and one-time code emails are sent from infrastructure in the European Union / United Kingdom.
- Written answers may be sent to an automated scoring aid that runs outside Kenya. Only your anonymous candidate code and answer text are shared, never your name or contact details. Final scores are always decided by human assessors.
Processing outside Kenya is a cross-border transfer. Those processors apply contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the Act.
How long we keep it
Personal data and answers are deleted automatically 180 days after the assessment closes. We keep only anonymous, aggregated statistics about how each question performed.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing. Taking part is voluntary, but without it we cannot consider the assessment as part of your application.
